Dr. Peter A. Campione, a member of the Buffalo Medical Group, PC, since 1994, specializes in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
He is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery, American Academy of Pediatrics, American College of Surgeons, and American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
He is a graduate of the University of Brussels Medical School in Belgium, and completed a residency in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery at the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He also completed an internship in general surgery at Millard Fillmore Hospitals.
Currently, Dr. Campione is Chief of the Division of ENT/Head and Neck Surgery at Mercy Hospital, and also is a clinical assistant professor of otolaryngology and head and neck surgery in the UB Department of Otolaryngology.
He is a member of the Buffalo ENT Society, Erie County Medical Society and New York State Medical Society. In 2000, he was elected a governor for the State of New York to the American College of Surgeons, and elected to the Governor’s Committee on Ambulatory Surgery for the American College of Surgeons.
In addition to Mercy Hospital, Dr. Campione is affiliated with Buffalo General, Sisters of Charity, Millard Fillmore and Women and Children’s hospitals.
