He is a summa cum laude graduate of the University at Buffalo (UB)
School of Pharmacy, and earned his medical degree summa cum laude at
the UB School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Charles
completed his specialty training in internal medicine at UB and
university-affiliated hospitals.
Dr. Charles’ particular areas of interest include general internal
medicine, home care, pharmaceutical studies and the development of
physician education materials.
He is a member of the American College of Physicians, and is
affiliated with Buffalo General and Millard Fillmore Suburban
hospitals.
