Dr. Joseph F. Corigliano, DO, has been a Family Practice physician with the Buffalo Medical Group, PC since September 1998. In addition to his board certification in Family Medicine, Dr. Corigliano recently became board certified in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.
He earned his Doctor of Osteopathy at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Maine, and did his Family Medicine residency at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo where he served as Chief Resident for two years.
Dr. Corigliano is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Family Practice, American Academy of Osteopathy, and the American Medical Association. He serves on the BMG Information Technology Committee. He also is a teaching attending physician in the Family Medicine Residency program at Sisters Hospital, and is a member of the hospital’s Credentialing Committee.
Dr. Corigliano also is a team physician at Canisius College, and has conducted twice-weekly sports medicine clinics at the college since 1996.
