Dr. Christian D. Lates, a board certified internal medicine
physician, has joined Buffalo Medical Group, PC and
will practice at BMG's 2741 Transit Road location in Elma.
In private practice in Amherst since 1998, Dr. Lates also has served
as Medical Director of Buffalo Clinical Research Center, LLC, since
2001. Prior to that, he was a fulltime hospitalist at Kaleida
Health's Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital. In addition, he
also was a fulltime hospitalist at Kenmore Mercy Hospital from
2002-05.
Dr. Lates earned his medical degree at the University at Buffalo (UB)
School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences where he also completed
his internal medicine residency and at Millard Fillmore Gates Circle
Hospital.
A member of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Lates has
authored or co-authored articles and abstracts for various medical
journals and publications.
With Dr. Lates, Buffalo Medical Group now has 29 primary care
physicians at six locations in Erie County.
