Dr. Polina Purizhansky joined the Buffalo Medical Group, PC, in September 1994 after completing three years of residency training in Internal Medicine at the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and Millard Fillmore Hospital.
Born in the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), Dr. Purizhansky earned her Doctor of Medicine at the Minsk Medical Institute in the USSR where she also did an internship in Internal Medicine.
She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and currently is affiliated with the Buffalo General Hospital.
Dr. Purizhansky speaks Russian fluently and also has a working knowledge of Byelorussian, Ukranian and Polish.
