Dr. Nashat H. Rabadi has been a member of the Buffalo Medical
Group, PC since 1996, and is board certified in pulmonary
disease.
He earned his medical degree at St. George University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, and completed his Internal Medicine specialty training at the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and UB-affiliated hospitals. He served as chief resident during his final year. In addition, Dr. Rabadi was awarded a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at UB and trained at university-affiliated hospitals.
Currently, he holds several leadership positions at Sisters of Charity Hospital, including Chief of Pulmonary/Critical Care, Critical Care Medical Director, and Assistant Director of the Internal Medicine Program. Dr. Rabadi also is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at UB.
He is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Thoracic Society, the Society of Critical Care Medicine, the Western New York Pulmonary and Critical Care Society, and is a Fellow in the American College of Chest Physicians. Dr. Rabadi has authored or co-authored research articles for medical journals and publications.
In addition to Sisters of Charity Hospital, he also is affiliated with Buffalo General Hospital and Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
