Dr. Philip A. Swiantek has been a member of the Buffalo Medical Group, PC, since 1999, and is board certified by the American Board of Urology. Along with his BMG practice, Dr. Swiantek is a clinical assistant professor at the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.

He earned his medical degree at New Jersey College of Medicine, and completed his surgery specialty training at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Health Center in Syracuse. Dr. Swiantek also did a residency in urology, and trained at UB and hospitals affiliated with the university.

Dr. Swiantek is a member of the American Medical Association, Erie County Medical Society, New York State Urological Society, New York State Medical Society, and the Western New York Stone Treatment Center at Buffalo General Hospital.

In addition to Buffalo General, Dr. Swiantek’s hospital affiliations include Sisters of Charity, Millard Fillmore Gates Circle and Suburban, and St. Joseph’s.
