Wendy L. Weinstein, MD

Dr. Wendy L. Weinstein has been a member of the Buffalo Medical Group, PC, since 1999, and also is an assistant clinical instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.

She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and has a particular interest in women’s issues through the life cycle..

Dr. Weinstein earned her medical degree at UB, and completed her specialty training in psychiatry at the university and Western New York hospitals affiliated with UB.

Her professional memberships include the American Psychiatric Association, Western New York Psychiatric Society, the UB Medical Alumni Association, and the Privileging and Credentials Committee of the Independent Health Association. She is a founding board member and featured speaker for STRIVE for Women, a Williamsville – based not-for-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering women throughout their life cycle. Dr. Weinstein also has been a guest speaker, lecturer and discussion leader at medical forums and community programs.
