Dr. Romesh K. Kohli has been a member of the
Buffalo Medical Group, PC, since 1975, and is board certified by the
American Board of Internal Medicine. He is director of Continuous
Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) at Buffalo General Hospital,
and also is co-director of the hospital’s Hemodialysis Unit.
For many years, he has been a clinical assistant professor of
internal medicine and nephrology at the University at Buffalo (UB)
School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
Dr. Kohli earned his medical degree at Mame Delhi University, India,
and completed his Internal Medicine specialty training at UB and
Buffalo General Hospital. He also was awarded a fellowship in
nephrology, and trained at Buffalo General.
He is a member of the New York State and Erie County Medical
societies, the American Society of Nephrology, International Society
of Nephrology, and the Cardiovascular Society of Western New York.
In addition to Buffalo General, Dr. Kohli is affiliated with a
number of Western New York hospitals including Millard Fillmore,
Mercy, Kenmore Mercy, Sheehan Memorial, Mount St. Mary’s in
Lewiston, and Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
