Buffalo Medical Group, PC, has added a new specialty service, Physical
Medicine & Rehabilitation to better serve the needs of its patients. The new
service is under the direction of BMG physiatrists, Philip T. Kuruvilla, MD,
and Mary C. Kauderer, MD.
They offer a broad range of diagnostic and non-surgical treatments, often
working collaboratively with primary care physicians, sports medicine,
orthopedic and neurology specialists, and other health care professionals
including physical, speech and occupational therapists.

Occupational and work injuries
Acute and sub-acute pain
Spinal epidural injections
EMG/nerve conduction studies (for carpal tunnel syndrome, radiculopathies,
plexopathies, myopathies and neuropathies
Neurological, stroke and neuromuscular rehabilitation
Botox injections for spasticity and pain
Gait disorders
Prolotherapy (a non-surgical treatment for chronic pain)
