Hospitalists

In your opinion, what makes a successful patient-provider relationship?

It starts with listening and understanding the patient's concerns and complaints. A provider should be compassionate and empathetic while also knowledgeable and able to address and treat their conditions.

What does treating people well mean to you?

Providing the same care to others that I would want my friends and family to receive.

If you weren't a medical professional, what you would be?

A veterinarian!

What's your favorite thing to do in WNY?

I love being outdoors in the summer months, whether it's hiking, jet-skiing, or watching the sunset.
