The Buffalo Medical Group Department of
Dermatopathology is focused on delivering exceptional service, and our
board-certified dermatopathologists have earned a reputation for providing
accurate, comprehensive and efficient diagnoses for problems of the skin,
hair and nails.
Services offered by the department include diagnostic
reporting, upon request, in interesting cases involving photomicrographs;
clinical-pathological correlation, second opinions, and evaluation of slides
prepared elsewhere.
The department receives requests for second opinions
and consultations on a regular basis. Consultations can be arranged by
contacting the pathology laboratory that has processed your case and
requesting that your report be sent to us.
The BMG Dermatopathology Laboratory is open Monday
through Friday, and is located at 6255 Sheridan Drive, Suite 208. The
Dermatopathology Lab may be reached by calling 630-2582 within
Western New York; 1-800-262-5921, ext. 2582 from out of state, or
DermPathStaff@buffalomedicalgroup.com.
To ensure that a report can be sent to you in a prompt
and efficient manner, please contact us by telephone or email to advise us of
your correct address prior to forwarding a case to our laboratory.
The Buffalo Medical Group Dermatopathology Laboratory

services for specimens out of our local region. Please contact us at
